Not about me. Just a poem...

It's cold and dark in here
The silence is all surrounding
I am blank
I am nothing

My eyes will close
But will they ever open again?
Thoughts can destroy you
Thoughts can kill

I am numb
I am nothing

I will die...

So much truth in those two lines. Over thinking can wreak such havoc in ones emotional well being.
