I found myself in your eyes
I wasn't even lost

It wasn't that I was seeking
Or that I was wandering

I just looked at you and saw myself
A new me

I found a me that loves freely
A me that isn't afraid of affection

I didn't find myself because I was lost
I wasn't

I found myself in your eyes because I was waiting

I was waiting for my blood to stop boiling at the mention of love

I was waiting to share my thoughts
My passions

I was waiting to share myself with someone

And I found that me
