The sun in my hair, the wind in my face

My feet on the ground would be my disgrace

I pray not to stumble, forbiden to fall

When my feet hit the ground, I know I must crawl

I circle above, my head held high

I just want to reach out and touch the sky

I thought this was wonderfully penned. Sometimes we go through moments of disgrace where we have to crawl before we can get back up again but that's the beauty of this life. We DO get back up. Well done! Thanks for sharing.
