Delicate

Delicate

A Poem by Parsa
"

It speaks about the visceral pain of not being able to resurrect old love even after changing yourself, not even being able to communicate about it to the other person.

"
How do I let you know
That I'm okay with all your needs now
Even if you are hard to maintain
I wanna maintain you.
You needed me to be soft with you.
I promise now I've learned how I can be softer.
I know you don't believe in second chances
But I'm changed.
I know it will work for me
If you want it to.
Or maybe it won't
But aren't we worth second chances too!
My heart bleeds
Throat burns
Because I can't verbalise
How deep my love has come
How tragic you will never know
From a tiny plant to a big Oak tree
Our little love has grown.
