To Weston To London:

To Weston To London:

A Story by Kathryn Smith

We saw blood today.

We heard gun shots and screams.

We felt death.

But did we succumb?

This is why I am writing this.

I've seen too many people now:

People who refuse to go outside.

It doesn't matter who we are, where we 're from.

We are together.

We are one.

And we cannot cower in fear.

Fear only stops you.

Go ahead!

Walk outside.

Breathe in the air.

Keep moving.

Keep living.

Keep laughing and crying.

Hoping and loving.

Stand tall.

Be Proud.

Be brothers and sisters.

Mothers and fathers.

Aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents.

Lovers.

Friends.

We have a role.

If we don't bring braveness into the world

Who will?

If we do not spread goodness and stand together..

We'll be eaten alive by our own darkness.

So true Kat. Very well said indeed my friend.
Be the light - watch it spread - illuminate the world.
Brilliantly empowering without preaching.
Bravo!
:))
