Dear Sean,

I was just talking to a friend about how strange things get when I travel.


When I go to Ireland, it never rains.


The sun comes out and the heat spikes up.


Droughts happen, records break, and it's glorious! (Well for some people.)


In early June after I left Ireland, a friend of mine begged and pleaded for me to return to Dublin.


Apparently the week I touched back on US soil, the clouds returned to your homeland.


And it rained...and rained...and rained..and rained.


Dublin itself became badly flooded.


Sometimes I like to think the Gods above were crying that I left..


Or perhaps it was you.

I hope you are safe.

I hope you are well.
