Louisa

Louisa

A Story by Kathryn Smith

One of my absolute favorite fictional characters is a girl named Louisa Clark.
Simply put - she's real.
She isnt your typical made up bombshell of a girl that you see in movies who sleeps with the main character and seduces the audience.
She is not the kind of girl with perfect hair and perfect clothes whom tweens ache to be when they're watching films.
She's a woman who is quite animated.
Her energy and bubbliness outshines my own bubbliness. (And I'm very bubbly.)
What I love about Louisa is her perseverance.
Her braveness.
Her strength.
Her attitude.
Her loyalty.
I love that she is genuine.
And I wish I could see more girls be like her.
This isnt a dig on girls who put on fake eye lashes and go out to the bar to show off...
This is a refreshing glimpse of what we should be.
Real. Genuine. Kind.
Louisa would never tare another woman down.
I love the two scenes down below.
Have a look!
You'll love her too.
