I Want

I want to run

I want to run far away

I want to hide

I want to run and hide with you

I want to stop my  running mouth

I want them to stop judging

I want to shut down the negativity

I want to cut up the doubters

I want to stab their wounding words

I want to keep following my heart

I want this to work

I want to cast away all my fears

I want to stay with you.

I want to forget everything and just stay.

I want to look in your eyes

I want to see your soul

I want some reassurance

I want to be left alone

I want to be free

I want to prove them all wrong

I want to fly into the sky

I want to sit on the moon

I want to live in the stars

I want to bask in the sun

I want to cup the air and make a summer candle

I want to cry

I want to shine

I want to love

I want to be loved

I want to be loved by you

I want to give up

but I won't.

Giving up isn't an option.

Now I know what it's really like to be against the world.
