Throughout history, leaders, and those in positions of power, have come under fire, at the hand of an assassin. More often than not, the crime is perpetrated by one person and it is known very soon who the suspect is. Within hours of JFK’s shooting, a man named Lee Harvey Oswald, was paraded in front of cameras and was labeled the world over, as the lone killer of Kennedy and police officer Tippit. After brief statements, Oswald is shuttered behind doors, and intarigated for around 12 hours, denied legal counsel, which was illegal, before being walked through the Dallas police basement, into the awaiting bullet, fired by known mob affiliate, Jack Ruby. Washington’s take on the case, was signed, sealed and delivered, to the Warren commission, through the fbi. Only information it deemed worthy, was included. Even request made, by multiple investigations, were denied. This should trouble you. It has troubled researchers for decades, as Washington continues to withhold thousands of documents.

Why is that? Why is it, all these years later, there are so many questions? Why are the CIA, and fbi, so concerned about people knowing the truth? Did they screw up? Or were these agencies, blindsided Somehow? What files have been released, paint a cryptic picture, of the events which placed Oswald, in Dallas that day, combined with how unprotected Kennedy was, in spite of his unfavorability.

One thing which keeps the jfk case alive, is how deep the rabbit hole goes. That shooting is just one part of the equation. The more you take in, the more details you see, the more questions arise. That is the frustration. You always feel like you are close to something, then being pushed back. No one has time to read every book and look at every document. There are not nearly enough interested people, although there a lot. It’s not enough. Not enough to force Washington’s hand. That’s what really needs to happen. Things need to get settled. I feel in a way ,as a country, we have not moved on from that day, but as much as Washington would like this conversation to end, government, is the reason the debate continues!! We can blame only ourselves. I believe one day the picture will be clear. Or determined to be as clear as possible. It is time for total truth.

Who are we, if not stewards for the future. History is replete with governments and, compartmentalized agencies, suppressing and destroying information. Watch my Enoch videos, they are very revealing. Other examples like the burning of the historical records library in Alexandria, and the control, Hitler created for himself, over German media. He was far, from the first person, to get away, with what he did. History always repeats itself. People say it, but it is true. It is power. Mostly. But power mixed with greed, which begets corruption. Once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny.

THE INDURING ENIGMA

OF LEE HARVEY OSWALD

How could a man, barely in his 20s, become so convicted, that he would pull the trigger, on a sitting president? Something most people find difficult to fathom, a few, find it within them. War, is a bit different. It’s kill or be killed. A planned kill, takes thinking, and a dedicated mind and some balls.

Ragens, would, be, killer, stepped out in broad daylight and in spite of protection, he was wounded. John Booth, walked right up, behind Lincoln, and wasn’t even arrested, in the theater!! They found Oswald, in a theater, and this time, a camera, was ready.

Who, was Lee Harvey Oswald? His trail is incomplete because Washington continues to withhold his personal info and files they were keeping on him. High level classified documentations. Oswald joined the US military. There was no major conflict at the time. He wond up as a radar tec., and interestingly, found himself working, with the classified at the time, U2 spy plane.

The U2 was very effective for what it was built to do. Spy. Plane and simple. Fly over China, or the Soviets, or Cuba. Basically the precursor to the Stealth. But now a days they can control planes remotely and the stealth is way better.

In a manner of speaking, Oswald was pertisapating, in top secret radar experiments, and did, have access to sensitive equipment and pertinent documents. I say in a manner of speaking, because, as you will find later, the significance of these facts, is not as important, as one might think, for the Soviet union, or Washington.

When you enter real politics, the national,international level, or work for a gov agency like the CIA or fbi, your regular, everyday, private life, comes to an end. You get all the perks, the money, power, and most importantly access but your every movement is recorded, analysed and scrutinized. You are not only a target for people who disagree with you, or don’t like the agency, you can also come under fire from within and not know it. Nixon got caught recording but that is an anomaly. The CIA is very good at bugging places and people. They’ve been doing it for decades. There are hidden mics all over the place. Even after you quit or even retire, they still watch and listen. If you serve in the military, same deal, just not as good money. You lose yourself and never really get back. For many, this happens without being realized. they live in blissful ignorance, oblivious to the camera in their spacious living room.

Lee Oswald was not immune to this scrutiny. You see how quickly and innocuously, the path of a life can change and the precursors which bring him to that moment. People join the military for all kinds of reasons. Looking at young Oswald’s life, it seems to me he was realizing he was in a situation that just was not good, or didn’t suit him and couldn’t get out. A lot of young people deal with it. Crappy drunk parents. in Oswald’s case, a single parent, often stressed and disinterested. Sooner or later, a mind takes in enough, and an intelligence developes, and a decision is made.

Was Oswald necessarily a military guy? Physically not really. He was not an outdoor gun hunting kid either. Had there been a big conflict going on, that the US was involved in, would Oswald have joined? It’s an interesting question. In joining, he got his wish and did and saw things he’d never imagined. He learned a lot.

Radio, radar, spy planes, and how to shoot a rifle, well enough to kill. The simple answer to the question, could one man pull off the shooting, weather there were 2,3 or 4 shots, is yes. Over the years, expert shooters, people way better than Oswald, have pulled it off. But in some cases, not on the first try, sometimes taking 3 tries! That tells me that even under controled circumstances, it’s not as easy as it looks. Even as slow as the limo goes. The intention was to kill Kennedy, and he was hit at least twice, so there were misses probably.

You ask, could Oswald have done it by himself? My answer here is a question, would he be, the guy, to tap, to do it, by himself? No back up? The answer is no, and for several reasons.

At some point, Oswald decides he’s done. Not just with the military but with American life. He decides to give the Soviet union a try. People reed, all they can, into his decision,desire, to renounce his US citizenship, and question the motivation behind, this seemingly hasty decision, to leave. Defect technically, as he was still active, but the very public and outspoken way in which Oswald chooses to expound on his feelings, thumbing his nose at the US military, threatening to reveal U2 spy secrets, to the Soviet gov, and the like. Even winding up in national newspapers due mostly to his ranting behavior while trying to get visa clearance. Both governments denied Oswald.

Switching allegiances, is not super easy, even for a regular private citizen. Your gov spy’s want to know why you want to leave, and their spy’s, want to know why you want to come. This process has been in place for decades. One way to get the CIA on you, is to join the military. Another, is to change your citizenship, and go to Russia. In that regard, we really are today, where we were then. History repeats itself again.

Washington had nothing to gain by granting his request, regardless of his motivation. His political discontent. Political discontent, or claims of insanity, are two of the few things, that might keep the gov, from just charging, at you, and dragging you, into court martial. If it were you or me, they just come get me, but with Oswald, Washington seems not to be as concerned, even in spite of his U2 and other experience. How could they really calculate his risk? Did they way some odds and decide that even if he did defect and even if they lost track of him, it would be okay???

This is one area, researchers are looking at. What was Oswald’s true reason for the public and hasty way he goes about things. This need to leave everything he knew behind. Was he acting this way, to send a message, beyond just dislike, for the US system. Throwing himself, in the public light, for some unseen reason? Some people believe, Oswald was put up to it, that he was going to be, the most obvious defector spy, and doing it, in a public way, would provide a sort, of natural cover, a fake reason, easy enough to emulate, to get the Soviet union, perhaps predictably, to Begrudgingly, accept him.

But this theory, doesn’t jive, with the facts on the ground. even if Oswald would have thought,it was a cool idea, a promotion even. I have seen no proof, the CIA, or anyone else, was using him, to infiltrate the Soviets. Plus there is the other side of the coin. Without getting into a history of the KGB, it is enough to know that they are some of the most ruthless, dangerous, and well funded intelligence,spy organization in the world. Better probably, than the CIA, and under more, say, evil control. In Oswald’s time, the KGB had the Soviet border on lockdown. Even short visits from foreigners were delayed and highly scrutinized. The screening process for even a temp visa could take months and the KGB would deny most requests. When you factor in Oswald’s active status, the KGB, was naturally suspicious. Surprising, to this researcher, Oswald’s proclamations, about revealing top secret info, fell mostly, on deaf ears. It turns out, the Soviets, already knew, a thing or two, about the U2, somehow, so they were doubly disinterested and not concerned. They made Oswald wait.

Eventually, he relocated to the Soviet union, and while he was there, he met his wife Marina. Six weeks later, they were married. It is unclear how much Marina knew about Oswald’s past. Her interviews have produced mixed results, from lapses in memory, to out right lies. It has taken decades of analysis, to see the combined unwillingness of those closest to the event to speak up. Tell the truth. Questions are being raised about who Marina really was. Could she have been KGB? Did she already know Oswald was going to be at that dance? They didn’t really need to put that close a watch on him. There is no indication Oswald was selling secrets to the Soviets.

Also, there is no way the KGB could have predicted Oswald would change his young mind yet again and request to return to the States. His reasons look the same as the ones which compelled him to leave the US. Greater dissatisfaction with Soviet politics, social economic structure, lack of opportunity and recreation. He sees, that although the US system, is not perfect, it is better. The difference this time was Marina.

The KGB looked at everything, including marriage licenses. So they knew right away the defector had taken a young wife. The official account, is Marina, was an ordinary woman, who spoke no English. Officially, the KGB, was not interested in her. Researchers spend a lot of time here, because of how low the odds are, that such a union, would take place, weather Marina knew, Oswald was defecting, or was in, the military, at all. She knew he was American. It was very uncommon, at that time, for a Soviet girl, to take, to a foreigner, and so quickly. Someone, she hardly knew. Someone, who would hurt her. One simple question, is how did they communicate, and well enough, to get that close. Close enough, to get married, have two children??? Then he throws it, all away, to kill jfk, and Tippit?

Unfortunately, until the case is settled, there is the chance Oswald did just that. Turned his back on his family. There is the night, Oswald came home and told Marina, about a shooting, he’d been involved in. He brags to Marina about this. As it turned out, the shooting did happen, but the killer, be it Oswald, or someone, he went with, missed, and the target, Major General, Walker, told the news about it. They showed the bullet hole. If Marina is to be believed, then it is possible, Oswald did, have it in him, to do, a solo hit. But Marinas trust factor makes it impossible to know for sure. There are inconsistencies in her articulating of what her relationship with Oswald was like. She says, she did not love him, and the two cheated, with other people. Oswald, was not Shy about his infedelity, and often commented about his attraction to other women to Marina. He was also verbally and physically abusive. She is said to be, often depressed. Why did she put up with all that? As time went on, and the young couple, were living in Dallas, their relationship, as it were, got worse. Oswald, became more violent, but she went back to him, time and again.

What did Oswald put in her mind? Was he played by the KGB? The Soviet union did not pass out marriage licenses like candy. It could be, a slow process, even for citizens, so you would think, a young Soviet woman, wanting to marry a man, the KGB knew, was an unknown quantity, and not wholy trustable,would be, for Marina, an increased difficult task, after all the trouble, Oswald went through, to leave the US. Some say it was easy, for her, to get the visa, others disagree. There are differing opinions as to the specific’s of how the Oswald’s were able to leave the Soviet union. some Researchers say the normal odds are almost zero, that the Soviet gov,would let that happen, even if it wasn’t Oswald. Just a regular American guy, on vacation. But maybe, with the child, they let them go. But, Again, the Soviet gov was very protective of it’s own. In the book, Case Closed, which I do recommend, it is said that the Oswald’s visas were processed in an average time, and the KGB was not that interested in Marina. But they were very interested in Oswald and what crazy thing he might do. They knew enough about him to know he had a dark side, a temper and could snap and lash out if the time was right. He was an anomaly, and probably they preferred he go, plus with the child. Books take the mind in different directions. You have to look at as much as you can, and deal with what makes sense to you. I’ve read over a dozen books on this case. No one agrees with everything

Initially, Marina resists the notion of moving to the States and this would be the reaction one would expect but she gives in and goes. The child made it a different choice. It is of interesting note that Marina met other men who had defected at the same time as Oswald. We’re these encounters just coincidence? Or does Marina know more than she’s telling? It is here where we begin to lose sight of Oswald. The family relocates to the US, but all is not well. He does not adapt or reintegrate into normal Society. He instead embraces’ Marxism, even making the public decree in a tv interview. His movements become erratic. He leaves, and goes to New Orleans and Mexican, and who knows where else. It seems to still be an open question what the man was up to in those couple years leading up to his return to Dallas and the shootings.

Unsettlingly, the CIA seems to have shared some concern about Oswald’s movements. He was very confident in publicly thumbing his nose at America, while at the same time, seeming to want, to raise a family. It’s a strange set of details that doesn’t quite fit. Was Oswald suffering, some mental issue? Or, was he leading, a double life, and the two, were about to intersect. In fact the CIA released two photos of a man they claim used Oswald’s name at the Mexican embassy. The man is wearing two different shirts. Did this man try to impersonate Oswald twice?? Well good research has found a connection between the two. They were in the military together. Look at the nose and build. Same guy. This guy has answers. Why would he just randomly go to Mexico and do that. Did the CIA track him? I bet they have a file on him. Classified!!!!! The very existence of these photos proves something is amiss.

Oswald develops a sympathy for the Cuban people. He seems to be looking for a new cause to champion. He is trying, to drum up support for his cause, even opening a business of operations but his attempts flounder.

It is hard to understand why Oswald remains so disconnected from his life and family. Why he seems unable to center, to be at peace. He reminds me of the guy in Total Recall, going through the motions of his mundane life, wishing out loud for something more. Even his beautiful wife can not make him feel content. Some people are just like that. Just wired that way. They grip to things they know they can never change and get mad at the disappointment and prooject that.

We need to have a better understanding, of what Oswald was up to, after he returned to the US . After being away, Oswald contacts Marina, expressing interest in returning to family life, but Marina says she resisted him and he did not have a job in the area. He would find work, then quit. Then something happened. The Oswald’s, attend a party, where Lee meets a woman, named Ruth Paine. She was a school teacher and that made her connection to the School Book Depository. She made a call, and boom. A lot of people, are unaware, Oswald was working, in the building that day. They just assume, he walked in, shot, and left. It's not as if, he walks in that morning, just off the street. On the surface it looks pretty convenient, but unfortunately, reality is full, of astounding coincidences. It really is. There is no evidence Oswald was planted in Dallas, or got himself planted at the Depository. If that, was a planned thing, why wouldn’t he, have gone in there, on his own? How could he, have predicted, Mrs. Paine would hook him up? It seems unlikely but, that is where we end up. What are the odds though?

Several years after Dallas, a DA by the name of Garrison, was shown something by a friend named Frank. It is a newspaper with a diagram overview of Deli Plaza. As you can see there are two lines. One straight down main to the express way and the other, the way the limo went, weinds it around and past the Depository. I don’t believe Frank was showing Garrison a fake paper. I see no reason or evidence for that, so what does this prove? Did the shooter, or shooters, have a 50 50 chance? I find it hard to believe. Interestingly, the picture, presented to the Warren commission had the bottom portion blocked out. Why? When you watch video, you see plenty of people standing along the path the limo takes. If it goes straight, Kennedy may have lived, but people were ready. They seem to know, which way it will go. There is no indication from, this image, exactly which way the limo will go, but, it is strange. There is an official reason given for why the limo turned. It says, going straight, would have been illegal, and been more difficult, somehow, for the caravan of cars in the motorcade, but I don’t buy that. Official routes, do not need to confirm to local traffic laws. I mean come on. Looking at it logically, the way easier path for all those vehicles is strait. But nope, they go the round about way, slowing things down and making Kennedy an easy target.

Where is Oswald, as the limo makes the final turn? Well, he should be, in the sixth floor window, but there is no proof. No proof, he was up there. Even if the gun, was really up there, and even if it was Oswald’s, it doesn’t prove he pulled the trigger. In fact, in this famous photo, taken just as Kennedy is hit, you see the entrance to the Depository. Look closely. Who is this? It looks like Oswald!!!! Many researchers believe it is him, to he is not up there shooting. This image is taken before the head shot, so there’s no way he took a shot, ran down stairs in time to be in this photo, then back up for the head shot. No way!!! There is, continued debate, on this image.

Less than two minutes, after the shooting, Oswald is encountered, by the Depository manager, and a Dallas cop. He is identified, and left alone. He gives no sign, of foul play. Oswald is in the break room having a coke and appears calm. Soon after, he walks out of the building unabated.

When ask directly, if Marina thought, Oswald had killed, her answer is cryptic at best and should have been scrutinized by the investigation, but as it turns out, the list of details, multiple investigations should have looked at, is quite long. Not the least of which, being how Marina, learned functional English, and what are these facts she speaks of? She says, she knows too much. She seems, all too eager. She is not upset, not pleading for help, not defending the father of her kids? None of the things, you might expect. Just, he did it. Wow. Pretty detached, from emotions. If she was KGB, this could be, a tell.

Why would she not want to learn English? Would not, Oswald, want her to have that advantage? Apparently not, and there is no evidence, she took lessons, or was taught, by friends. And Marina, was able, to make friends in the US. People, who could see, how unhealthy, her marriage was. How mean and unstable, Oswald was, for unclear reasons. Her friends, would even have helped her, if she left Oswald, but she would not. No one understands why.

Marina speaks, as if she is aware, of whatever Oswald was up to, behind her back. She shows, a lack of trust, and feeling, as though she has been used. But what would Oswald’s motivation have been towards her, other than legitimate affection? There is no evidence the two were conspiring together, nor do I see Oswald, using her, for some spying purpose. It’s in the way, Marina talks. Like a soldier. Or, like she’s been brain washed. I think, she was placed with him, to keep an eye on him. It would have taken, little effort, for the KGb, to accomplish this. It would explain, how she endured, Oswald’s beatings, and stayed with him. Perhaps, her children, meant nothing to her. She knew more, than she normally would have. But what? Who else, was swimming, in this dirty water, with her husband? Many researchers believe Marina is keeping secrets. She does not fit the profile of a regular Soviet girl when you look at what she does, so it remains an open question. Not just who was Oswald, but who was Marina. Now I am happy? I mean come on. The only thing, that could top this, is if Oswald was found dead, in his home. Marina could just claim she was not home, remarry, which she does, and call it a new life. Its as If, she doesn’t care at all, what has just happened to Oswald. She sounds, glad he is dead. Like she is, free.

Marina, was aware of Oswald’s desire, to travel to Cuba. This, is the supposed reason, he goes to Mexico. She says Oswald, was trying, for unknown reason, to return to the, Soviet union. For a man, who is soon to kill, a head of State, Oswald seems, hell bent, on getting far, away from Dallas. Soviet union, new Orleans, Mexico, Cuba. Was Cuba, a path back to the union? But why would Oswald want to go back? What had changed? Would he have expected, Marina to come, with the kids? All the while, fate is waiting, for Oswald to meet, Mrs. Paine, so he can be, in the Depository, at the exact moment. Is it too good to be true? Is it coincidence?

Another good question, is how Oswald, who never held down, a steady job, had money to do all this traveling. Marina tries to blow the question off, but when pressed, she seems unable to answer. Here she admits to protecting Oswald in the attempt on Gen. Walker. Because I am his wife. Stand by your man, even if he tries to kill someone. Now that’s dedication. Or she was KGB, thus the ease, of her ambivalence. How could she know, Oswald occasionally took target practice, but not ever know, how he got to the range? Walk? Cab? Friends? One moment, Marina is convinced she knows what he is up to and the next she has no clue. You can see why people have questions here and they are not fringe conspiracies, they are obvious, basic questions. Oswald was normal when he shot at the Gen.?? Look at how quickly and matter of factly she responds, like she is quite comfortable with what Oswald claimed he did. Like it was just another night. But she doesn’t believe it and after her hasty answer, you see her eyes narrow and she looks away. In my opinion, Oswald’s behavior was not normal. In her bones, she knows it to be true. She quickly backtracks and says shooting a person is not normal, but that he was normal up til then. Not normal, but normal enough, to live with the kids, and cover for, because she is wife. Here Marina is pressed, on her English ability. It’s an astonishing, reply, and look how she reacts to her answer. She is aware just how silly and unbelievable it sounds. She even gives a reason why she would not have time to study, that being, the taking care, of the kids. It’s a weak answer. She seems, to understand, what she wants. Indirectly, She’s admitting, she knows the language better, than she should, and the reason, maybe, is she was KGB. It’s the simplest explaination. Look at her body language. How her shoulders roll up, almost like a soldier. She is impressed with herself, but for more than just some English skill.

When Maria talks about her personal life with Oswald, she paints a curious picture. When you look at the whole thing, it seems like she is describing two different people. There is no debate Oswald had a mean streak in him. He was violent with Marina on multiple occasions. She felt Oswald was normal, until he shot at the General, at least. But she intimates that a change had come over him. He was no longer normal. The question is, what was Marina’s basis for comparison? How would she know what normal even was, for Oswald? It’s a pretty black and white description. People rightly question why Marina would stay with Oswald, if he was having some breakdown. Wouldn’t she want to, and try to get him help? With her mysterious grasp of English, she could have found herself another man, even one with more money than Oswald, who always seems to be broke, or near so. In Dallas there were lots of possibilities for an attractive young Russian woman. I’m just saying. The idea she kept Oswald around just because of the kids, or for the sake of keeping the family together, doesn’t hold enough water to me. Most women would not want an unstable man in the house, even the father of her kids. Yet Marina lets him back into her life. How do you trust someone who hurts you, and claims, to have tried to kill someone? When is enough enough? She does not describe Oswald as a substance abuser, so what was the mans problem? Is it as simple, as a nobody, acting out, trying to be somebody?? Did he just want attention? Attention he couldn’t get even from his family? Some men would give their soul for what Oswald had. But did he choose to throw it all away, or was he set up? What would have happened, that day in Dallas, if Oswald had been, working a different job? He’d have to make sure he had the day off. But Then, if he’d been seen, in the break room and not recognized by the manager, things might make more sense. He surely would have been questioned, asked to show ID., But he drinks, his coke, and leaves.

Marina eludes to knowing, Oswald had a desire to return to the Union, and his plan was to go to Mexico, and then Cuba. His plight, now is with the Cuban people. He’s already had, a taste of Soviet life, and found it not, to his liking, so there is a disconnect there?

What you have now, is a basic outline, of the official narrative of Lee and Marina. How they met. Their life together. Oswald’s increasingly unpredictable, abnormal behavior. It is an interesting set of circumstances, culminating in a quick arrest and rush to judgement.

OSWALD . GOVERNMENT

CONSPIRACY

Why exactly were the fbi and CIA following Oswald so closely? Why are there so many documents and at multiple security levels? Why is so much still being withheld? The book Oswald and the CIA, provides one, with a detailed look, into these questions and into the CIA it’s self and all the nefarious activities it engaged in, even behind the back of Presidents. It is a compelling read and I recommend it.

The CIA, has a spy creation program. The best way to do it, is to use a child. Someone no one knows, with no history. That, in a nutshell, is one thing they were doing. Investing in a future spy program. All governments, do this, in one form or another.

The CIA was, involved in a number, of off the books assassinations of lesser leaders, for political and other reasons, including multiple attempts at Castro. One such event, involved a woman who was close to him, agreeing to poison Castro. But when the time came, of course, she didn’t do it and probably it was foolish of the CIA to think she would. Some things make me laugh.

It is in the light, that the MK ULTRA, brain washing program, was a very real thing. The drugging, hypnotizing and reprogramming of a mind, was delicately studied, and experimented with. We may never know the full extent of what they did.

Remember, for a time, Washington was encouraging the use of drugs in the colleges. But that was just the tip of the ice berg, so to speak. Who knows how many people got sucked in to the MK vortex and what may still exist of it today. We have real reasons not to trust what we are told by government and it is a great disservice to us. It also puts the people at a natural disadvantage and that is just how they like it.

The open question is how connected, if at all, was Oswald to any government agency, aside from his active military service. Could he have been up to something in the background? Even while on deployment? There is a tie in, to this area of the analysis which, I have just recently come across, thanks to fellow YouTube supscriber, MrChrillemannen. He turned my attention, to a long book called Harvey and Lee, written by, John Armstrong, which has opened my eyes even more to the case, and sheds light, on an even deeper seeded desire, by the fbi and CIA, to keep details of the paper trail of Oswald’s life under wraps. Even simple things like work records and tax forms. Things that if it were you or me, nothing would get in the way but with Oswald, it is a big problem. Why? People who do not believe John, still have the problem, of Oswald’s personal info, being kept classified. If you don’t like John’s reasons, come up with your own. Even his detractors, admit, Oswald was impersonated, several times, so the debate, isn’t about, if, it’s about why. Not how many times. Who, was pulling the strings?

I mentioned earlier, about the CIA photos, of a man claimed to have, used the name Lee Oswald, in Mexico. In Oswald and the CIA, you find scant hints, of the possibility, that his name was being, used by multiple people.

As it turns out, our agencies where legedimently concerned, about this idea, of a double of Oswald, or something along, those lines. Harvey and Lee, is chock full, of inconsistencies with documents, in Oswald’s mother’s testimonies, and other members of the family, as well as friends, fellow workers and the like. There is question as to weather or not, the woman questioned was the man arresteds mother. Where do these questions come from. From hard and exhaustive research. Talking to people, and reading. John has found something, which is too much to ignore. Something, some people, just don’t want do hear. I will not get into deep detail here, But I will touch on a few items and encourage you to look into it. It’s a free pdf download.

Margarite Oswald was questioned multiple times as to the wearaboutses and dealings of her son. She was asked about places they had lived, and specific times and dates. Like the game show, this is your life. How well do you really know yourself? As it turns out, this woman didn’t know nearly as much as she should, about her own life, to say nothing of Oswald’s. Time after time, her answer conflicts, with documentation, and known fact. When you step back and look at it, you have to question why the investigations did not a knowledge these discrepancies. How was the FBI able to filter the information? Was this woman, the man arresteds, mother? If she was an imposter, then who was she shadowing? Well the book answers this question. There was another woman named Margarite Oswald. Now, you can see, these two women look nothing alike. The nice looking woman had a son named Lee. The older looking one, had a son named Harvey. These boys, were very real people. Both held jobs, were in the military and even lived in the same neighborhoods at times, or sometimes one would be there, then the other.

On the surface, it looks like a cat and mouse game. The CIA is taking two people, and doing it’s best to mirror their movements, without them, or their families, or people around them knowing. It might sound pretty complicated, but not for the CIA. If there was, an idea to try, they probably did it, more than once. It is a bold plan. Create an invisible man, by joining two lives. Creating the perfect fall guy. That’s the theory anyway. As you go through the reading, you find a detailed comparison of the lives of these two very different women and just how closely their lives do intersect, weather with or without their knowledge. You find people who say the man arrested is not the man they knew as Oswald. There are conflicting opinions on photos of him as a child. Some say it is obvious they are different, others are not convinced. We will look deeper at photo evidence later.

There are also witnesses who, say the old woman is not, the Margarite Oswald they knew. Here was my question. Why not just, talk to the other Margarite. Wouldn’t that serve to clear things up? Well maybe, accept this woman, seems to just vanish. It is very strange. The old woman, gives wrong answers, to personal questions, time and again, because she was, the shadow, and not really in step, with the real Margarite. It was impossible, for her to memorize, years of movement.

Both boys move around a lot. This is something that is a little odd and it is a trend which continues as they get older. Place to place, job to job. It seems like neither of them can stay put, or their mother’s keep having to move. The explanations for all this movement is not clear but what is, is this woman’s answers did not jive with reality. But these inconsistencies were not focused on in the investigations. I like to go back to the question of how Oswald was able to get away with double murder? How could so much scrutiny and documentation, lead to that day, and he gets away with it? Why, with no evidence, was Oswald arrested and labeled so quickly and confidently as the killer, when there were, and continue to be, no witnesses to him on Kennedy and conflicting statements in the Tippit case, which is another intriguing angle people should look at. Also, where did the description ,of the shooter, come from? How was it known, so suddenly, and specifically.

Oswald, is denied the basic rights of a man arrested. He is denied legal counsel and is told only he was arrested for shooting a cop. He learns he’s been charged with killing Kennedy, from a reporter. His reaction is interesting and maybe telling. He takes in the revelation, pauses, and then seems to, sherk the idea off, but, I would not say, his reaction, is one of shock, or disbelief. More like, irritation, like hes, not that surprised. Or, not as surprised, as you, or I would be, especially, if you were innocent. It’s surprising to me, how they allow the man to just, stand there and talk, like he’s giving an interview, or speech. He’s a double murder suspect. You’d never see this today. They take him down one hallway and another. This door and that, like they are not sure what to do with him. Where were the lawyers lined up to take the case? No legal help, but there was someone, in the hallway, that day, who would see Oswald, again soon. Jack Ruby. Who, again, had no business, being there, and it is not just, a coincidence, he’s here. This, is a signal, to the planners, that he can get close enough, to Oswald, to do the job.

Here is an interesting piece of legal history. In 1963, it was not a federal crime to kill a head of state. Seriously. That means the Dallas PD, had authority and control over everything, including the bodies of Kennedy, Oswald and Tippit. But this legal authority was userped by the CIA and fbi, through Washington, and there are many examples of this. We will look at a few.

Over the years, many medical people, and others who, were around the President when he was taken to Parkland, talk about how invasive, and demanding, the government agents were, who were not, supposed to be, in the operating room. Even telling the doctors, what to do and not do. There is conjectural photo evidence, and conflicting statements, as to the exact size and location of wounds. There is no known image, of the gaping hole of a wound, you see in the video, or which many witnesses say they saw that day. We have this x ray, which seems to show the true extent of the damage, a large area of missing skull. So why is the scalp pulled back in this way? What is even holding it up, if the skull is gone? Why is there no image of the throat wound prior to this alleged traceotomy?

But the crime does not stop here. Soon, the President’s body is wisked away on air force one. Another illegal move.

Then you have Washington’s general lack of interest in interviewing and simply looking at evidence. It seems intently focused on it being just Oswald and there’s nothing to look at. But there is. A lot!!!

THE WINDING ROAD

TO ELM STREET

Nov. 23, 1963

Dallas, Texas

It was raining that morning. The President woke rested, and eager to start the last leg of his Texas visit. His presence this far was met with some mixed emotions but by in large, the people who came out, caused no trouble, and seemed interested in seeing the first couple. It is suggested to the President, that given the weather, that the limos top should be up, but as the time approaches, the decision is made to go topless.

Over the years, agents and officers around the President that afternoon, have commented they were concerned about how wide open the car was. How unprotected. There is this famous piece of video, which seems to show one of Kennedy’s personal guards, being waved back. See his reaction? Why would they do this? It is a strange detail.

The men have also talked, about the Dele Plaza area it’s self. They didn’t like it. Too congested. Too many windows and people to manage. Here is a still frame from a piece of video taken from behind the motorcade, as it makes the ilfated final turn. Several clearly open windows. Here is the corner 6th floor one, where the shots, are to have come from. you see the window, is less than half open at this point. So the killer, is waiting for the last possible moment, to open the window, get into position, and fire. A couple people have come forward, claiming they saw someone there, with a gun, but there is no evidence. No cop noticed anything. No bystander shouted out, hey there’s a man up there shooting!! It just happens, and the alleged killer walks out unscathed.

How many shots, and where did they come from , is probably the highest debated subject in the case. Witness testimony is literally all over the place. People don’t really know. 3, is about the average. That is the number Washington likes. A missfire, a simotamious hit to Kennedy and the Governor, and the head shot to Kennedy. That wraps it up in a nice neat box. Unfortunately, there is very little audio. What we have, are crackles on an open cb. Nothing probative. To get a clearer answer, you have to look in other directions. You have to listen carefully to what people say, especially early on in a tramatic event.

One interesting detail is Gov. C’s account, of the shooting, from his hospital room. I find his words unnerving. The most well known video of the shooting is that taken by Dallas dress maker, Abraham Zapruter. In this image, you can barely see the man, standing atop a stone pillar, on a slight hill, over looking the road. His secretary is up there as well, helping to keep him steady, as he films one of the most controversial moments in world history and has no idea.

The Gov. Says that right after the turn onto Elm, THEY heard a shot, and the Gov. Then turns to his left, to look at the president, and sees he has been hit, and is then himself hit.

First off, what does the Gov. Mean by we? Was there some agreement in those final moments that there could be danger? If so, why wasn’t the panic button pushed right then and there. Tell the driver to step on it! Turn and flag all the agents and cops behind you to step up! Anything! With all the noise from the vehicles and people, it’s hard to say, who heard what, but it is clear to me, the Gov. Was convinced someone was shooting. No one in the motorcade reacts, to these shots raceing over their heads.

The Gov. Also states that the shot came right after the turn. First of all, we do not get to see the turn it’s self, and the immediate afterwards. Zapruter turns his camera on and then off, momentarily, and only gets it on, as the limo is already down the road. This is the first frame where the limo is in frame. You can see it just in front of the depository. The window of opportunity here, opens and closes in under 30sec. The limo is still well in front of the freeway sighn, and there are no indications of concern. You can see how wide open Kennedy is. Everyone is bunched up behind him, only adding to the noise. Why did this concern, by the Gov., Not lead to action? Why just a couple casual glances?

The Zapruder film does contain some anomalies. A man by the name of Jack White, has spent many years analysing and disecting it. He has a great video on YouTube and I encourage you to watch it. For now we will focus on the one, I think is the most important because it proves the Gov. Is incorrect, in his assertion, that he was struck almost immediately after Kennedy. In fact, as you will see, seconds go by, with Kennedy clearly reacting, to a hit, while The Gov. Stares ahead, oblivious, as does his wife, and the agents in front. Only Jackie, is looking at Kennedy, the whole time, frozen. Confused.

First, what the video shows. Kennedy is hit in the back and or, the neck, which causes his shoulders, to involuntarily rise, as his lungs fill, with extra air from the wounds. This is called, the ThorBurn, Position. you can clearly see Kennedy, with his arm up and waving. Waving waving. Then here, there is a noticable . his arm lowers and straitens, and his hand is now at his throat. U can see the change better, in side by side. You can also see Connelly, and he looks, to be fine, and has not reacted to anything. The very next frame, continues to show the angle of the arm, and hand, to the neck area. You also can see, that Jackie is seeing, the motion of Kennedy’s, right arm and, but she doesn’t, understand why. There is no noticable blood, and his hand, combined with the shirt, is hiding the wound. With all the noise, She is not processing, that he has just been severely injured, to the point he probably, could not speak, only jesture to his neck, as he fails to fight, the involuntary reaction. As the Connelly’s head, passes behind the sign, he is still facing forward. Non reacting.

One driver of the Kennedy conspiracy, is this moment in the film, and what I believe it represents, mainly because, of its erroneous timing. You notice the black portion of the film on the left? That is there, because of alleged mishandling, of the film during processing. The story goes, the film was put into the hands of a rookie film editor, and he accidentally damaged several frames. No one seems to know exactly how many. 2. 3. Who knows. Was the cut made on purpose? Was this moment, just as the limo passes behind the sign, picked because the sign itself made a cut less obvious? Well if it had been deliberate, this is where I’d do it. I have seen, the film, before this, digital restoration. you see the base, the tree, in the background, is uneven, but in this, cleaned up version, anomaly is corrected. But I remember. It makes the cut, obvious.

What would be the reason, to cut the film, basically in the middle, as part of a conspiracy? Washington was very quick to lay out not only Oswald’s immediate guilt but the number and path of the bullets. They wanted two bullets, for Kennedy. That’s it. Any audio or video that might surface, if the investigation was wrong, would serve to undermine the official story. Well, as you see, Kennedy is struck two or three frames before his head goes behind the sign, so you know he is already, in trouble behind it. The problem the Zapruder film creates for the official narrative, is that it totally contradicts both the investigation, and Connelly. Something, I feel, needs to be looked at, more. Then you factor in the missing frames and what it does, adding them here, is it keeps the limo, behind the sign, several seconds longer and extends the gap, between the men reacting to being shot, lessening the odds they were hit by the same bullet. But. they may. in fact, have been, just not, when the Warren Commission, wants it to have happened. new studies have concluded that based upon the true position of the men in the limo, it was in theory possible, but here’s the funny thing, the Warren commission, the first sham investigation, made this single bullet conclusion, with inaccurate seated position information. They were probably right, but not for being able to physically demonstrate it in a realistic way, for the way they were presuming the men were seated. The fbi didn’t care if things didn’t line up exactly. They might care actually a little more now, that it can be proven, the men , could have taken, the same bullet. That their lie, or guess, was right. But still, there is an obvious gap, before Connelly’s reaction. After Connelly is hit, he turns and sees Kennedy, and assumes they have been hit by the same bullet. But he is wrong.

Unknown seconds later, the front of the Govs head shows. He is looking forward, maybe to his right a little. Looking at the people. His mouth is open. He may be talking to his wife. But he is surely not looking in pain No sign of pain. Kennedy, we know, without seeing him, is already, in trouble. Just over his left shoulder, you can see Jackie, still staring in confusion at Jack. She seems frozen. This is the very next frame. The Gov still does not appear, to show any sign, of an alleged, near fatal shot. His posture remains even, and he is still looking forward, while behind him, something bad has happened, and no one knows it. This is the saddest moment in the case. The moment it becomes too late. The next frame shows little change in the Govs demeanor. His posture still looks good and he does not look in pain at all, while we know, just behind him, Kennedy is facing his worst nightmare. Jackie is still just looking at him. She has leaned in, slightly more.

Here is our first look at the President from behind the sign. You can see the look of distress and even confusion in his face. Perhaps even he, was not fully certain, what has happened. He is still looking forward. His right arm has come down, straitening out. and you can see his left hand now at his throat. Still Jackie does not react. Doesn’t grab him and pull him down. Yell at the drivers to go! It is frustrating to watch the seconds, between shots, tick by. The Gov is still unfazed. He still, contrary to what he said, has not turned to look, at the President, and seems to still be oblivious to reality. The next frame shows Kennedy’s continued distress, Jackie still unsure, and the Gov, facing forward still. The video, does not prove, how many times, Kennedy was hit, before the head shot. Once, or twice?. As we continue on, his reaction becomes more pronounced. Had that agent been at Kennedy’s side, he may very well have lived.

The next frame gives little new info. Kennedy’s right arm raises higher, Jackie still just looks at him, when clearly he is having a problem. No one comes up behind him and the Gov is still looking forward. Like a statue. It is difficult, to pinpoint exactly when ,Connelly is hit. It is right around, in here, long after Kennedy has been. The blurred frames, is Zapruder reacting, to the reverberation, of the shot, causing him, to jump. But as Kennedy,has long since been hit, the two are not, reacting to the same shot.a

In the next frame, you see a slight shift, in Connelly’s posture. His shoulders are down, and his wife has turned to him. He has probably been hit. A bullet meant for Kennedy. continued distress, from the president, and Jackie’s confusion.

A couple frames later, you see the Gov, clearly compromised, and in pain. Now, he starts to turn to Kennedy, but far later, than he suggests, in the interview. When I listened, to his interview, a long time ago, and watched the Zapruder film, I remember, seeing the limo, farther back, closer to the turn, and being able to see him, turning to the President, and then back, but today, the limo just appears. Does anyone else remember, a longer version? They are well past the turn now and half way to the freeway and Kennedy’s reaction becomes more pronounced as his arms rise up and his hands stay either in front of, or around his throat. Even still, Jackie seems unfazed. She makes no effort to shield Kennedy, or even get closer to him, to see what the problem is. This has always bothered me, how no one reacts.

Here, the two men face each other. Connelly sees the President has been hit. The fbi loves, the Govs hospital statement, because it played right into, the suggestion, of the single bullet, which for them, was proof of one shooter, but that, is self fulfilling prophecy, because the two men being hit by any one bullet, by no means proves there was just one shooter and it certainly doesn’t prove it was Oswald, with his dime store rifle.

As we skip ahead, you see Kennedy beginning to slump forward and to the left. Jackie is finally pulling him closer but her actions are quite slow. I can never understand how she could just sit there and watch Kennedy struggle, when moments earlier he was smiling and waving. The Gov is turning back around, now in severe pain. What is truly amazing is the agents in front, have yet to react, to any of this. They remain facing forward. The limo does not speed up. Here is a still frame from another important video. It was taken from farther away and to the left of Kennedy. It also captures the moment of the head shot but interesting, also is the driver hits the break! You can see the red light here. The limo has not been going that fast, to begin with and they are just about at the overpass, so why is he slowing more?? The agents seem only to react after the head shot. Then they speed off to Parkland. A lot happened in those 27 or so seconds, but there were things that didn’t, that should have, and could have saved Kennedy. As many times as I have watched this film, it still puts knots in my stomach to see the police just looking at Kennedy raising his arms up, leaning forward and they don’t move up to get a better look. Jackie just sitting there like a statue as her husband struggles, Connelly’s inaccurate account and the blindness of the agents in the limo.

Here I will touch briefly on the fabled single bullet theory.

It is hard to tell from video, the exact position of Kennedy and the Governor. At first glance, they appear to be lined up strait but they are not. This limo was modified and this change is documented but the Warren commission was unaware of this change, or chose not to, or was blocked from examining it. Had the change not been made, the single bullet could not have done what the Commission says it did but as it turns out, the alteration of the seats makes the shot line up perfectly but just to reiterate, the original investigation, had no idea this was the case. They got that part right, but not for trying. Did they just get lucky? Or were the seats changed, for nefarious reasons, like the route of the limo? Was Kennedy set up, or are these details just coincidences which prove nothing?

Another curious inconsistency involves Agent Clint Hill, who we’ve all seen racing to the limo and climbing up. his recollection also does not jive with video. Hill claims he was just about at the limo when he heard and felt the head shot but curiously he is nowhere to be seen. He doesn’t get there until after the President slumps to the left and not until Jackie gets on the back of the limo. Hill states also that when he looked at Kennedy’s head, he saw the brain had been blown out and he could see in the , and believed the man was dead. Mr. Hill does provide other interesting details. We’ve talked about how many times Kennedy may have been hit. Well, Hill says, that when the President’s body, was turned over, there were two bullet holes. It would have been, virtually impossible, to see a bullet hole, in his head, unless, as was done, for the photos, the scalp was pulled back together. Even then, I think, seeing the hole, so clearly, is a stretch. Agent Hill, was also against, the body being autopsied there, as per the push, from Washington, to get the body out of there. A move, flatly against the law, in Dallas.

Want more? Here is a woman, named Jean Hill. You see her here, on the left. Curiously, she is not looking at the limo, while the Moorman woman, takes her famous photo. When interviewed, Jean states, that as the limo approached, she stepped, into the street. She could do this, because the limo was on the right side of the road, so there was room, between the motorcade, and curb. She is very specific, about doing this, yet in the video, she is clearly not, in the street. Are all these people confused? Suffering from PTSD? Connelly, Hill, Jean. I suppose, it is possible, it just seems strange, the people closest to Kennedy, could get it so wrong. Is it proof, the video has been altered? Beyond the cutting, of frames? This is the thrust of Jack Whites analysis. He makes a lot of good points.

OTHER ODDITIES

The public may never know the exact condition of the body because of crude and hasty movements of Washington. There is the conversation about Kennedy’s brain and what may or may not have been left of it. There is the question of why government would not allow for a proper autopsy in Dallas. Especially when there is first hand testimony from people who saw Kennedy when he was rushed to Bethesda. Here is a sample. Clint, got a good look at the head wound. The high velocity impact, shattered the skull, and exploded a significant, portion of the brain. Could Oswald’s crappy rifle do that damage? Keep in mind, even experts, have failed to do, what Oswald is said, to have done.

There is conjecture as to the exact size and location of the head wounde. I find the doctors who claim the wound was more to the back of the head and severe enough you could see down into it, to be highly suspicious. When you examine the videos closely, you do not see a blown out area on the back of his head. You see hair, which does not appear bloody and damaged, especially when viewed from the left side. What you do see from the left, is an inward curve, on the right side. Where is this opening, in the back? The wound is above his ear, not behind, and goes over the right temple. Why do these doctors get it wrong? Why can’t some admit, there is no hole, in the back. It is clear, someone did not want, the President’s body thurowly examined. But what happened after Parkland is even more questionable. Here is video of Kennedy, presumably in the casket, being loaded onto air force one. You can see it is a fairly nice looking one. But is the body in there? There is evidence this casket was empty and the body was flown separately to Bethesda. Would this be done for security? To insure the safety of the body? It’s entirely possible. It explains why the body is in a plain metal casket when the body is taken out, at Bethesda. There is testimony to this point. It is interesting because it proves there were two coffins. Why would they take the body out of the nice coffin, put it in the metal one and then back in a nice one for burial? No. it looks like another, classic CIA, switch operation.

There are many small details one can look at. Some are obvious, others only come to light when you look closer. When Oswald is taken from the theater you can see he’s wearing two shirts. A short sleeve white and long sleeve, described as dark brown. Here is his mug shot. You can see he is wearing just the short shirt. Here are other examples. Who knows why his long shirt was removed and when. Then, when he is shot, he is wearing two totally different shirts. a white shirt, with a stiff collar and what looks like a thick black sweater. Why did they keep changing Oswald’s clothes? I believe it is possible, Oswald is wearing a bullet proof vest, under that shirt, or Ruby fired a blank. Oswald, was a pretty thin man. These shirts, make him look noticably bigger. There is also evidence, the two men knew each other, or had at least met. Possibly, all of this, was just for the cameras. Just for, we, the people. Show the world, the killer of Kennedy, was dead. End of story. Go on, about your lives. The point should be stressed, that Ruby had no business in that basement. Not officially.

There are many people who have come forward over the years, with stories from that day.

Ed Hoffman’s, is especially interesting, due in part to his credibility. By all accounts, he was an honest man, not prone to lies. On that day, he found a great spot to see Kennedy as he came out from the underpass. He also had an unubstructed view of the parking, lot behind the knoll. As I mentioned before, I’ve stood in this spot.

Hoffman states, he saw two men, a puff of smoke and the rifle being handed off, with the recipient running off in the direction of the train yard. He says he saw the man take the weapon apart and put it in a tool bag. What is even more amazing, is he says he went to the FBI and they tried to bribe him to be quiet!!! Believe it or not. The fbi did end up taking statements from him, but claims, as they would, that he has changed, his story, and cannot be trusted.

Here is another look, at the Depository, as the limo turns. There are many places, shots could have come from. Including, other windows. Look how wide open, these are. This is a still frame, from video. There have been, multiple analysis, of this video. Some of it, may show movement, but it is not conclusive. But would, a lone shooter, not already be, in position, at this time? Can he shoot, with the window that low? Obviously, he wants to wait, for the limo to turn, so everyone, will be looking away, when he fires, but he’s cutting it close, and taking a huge risk, being seen. A risk too high, for most people.

Years ago, a mock trial, of Oswald, was staged. Many witnesses were called, including one of the autopsy tecs, who examined Kennedy’s body, at Bethesda. If you have any doubts, about the condition of the brain, and weather it possible, the brain was, removed, and hidden, or stolen, listen, to his testimony. Or listen to Clint Hill. Or look at the x ray. There is no missing brain conspiracy. Actually listen, to what people say. Don’t do, what government does, and ignore people.

When LBJ, was finally honest, he said, he felt, there was more to the story, than just Oswald. He wasn’t just guessing, he knew what the fbi had done. The lengths, it, and the CIA, went to, to hide things, then, as they do now. Presidents, have warned us, about the dangers, of unchecked, compartmentalized government. But we seem to not, have heard those warnings. Now, with technology, we are ever, more vulnerable, and suspectable to lies.

In watching the footage of Oswald. Watching the police, take him through door, after door, he ends up here, with two other men. Who were these guys? Why where they allowed, to be so close, to Oswald. This, is the only time, the man looks nervous. See, when he looks at this, Cuban, or Mexican looking guy, he looks, genuinely displeased. A chink, perhaps, in the armor of a man, said to keep his emotions, hidden, accept, I guess, when he was beating his wife. Look how quickly, the men are pushed, through the door. Why was a camera, allowed in this room? All the media people, are in the hall, but this camera, stays on Oswald.

While he was working, at the Depository, Oswald would sometimes, get a ride, from a man named, Buell Frazier. Oswald would, oftentimes, have with him, a bag, or a sack, which he’d set, in the back seat. Frazier says, normally, he didn’t ask Oswald, about the bag, but on the day, of the shooting, he did. Oswald says, the bag contains, curtin rods. This, was probably a lie. Marina knew, Lee had a rifle, and where he kept it. After he was arrested, she discovered, it was gone. So he must have taken it. But that does prove, he shot Kennedy. We know, from Marina, Lee did go, to the gun range, sometimes. It is, entirely possible, Lee had planned, to go shooting, after work. He wouldn’t tell Frazier, he had a gun. Obviously. So, what did Oswald do, when he got to work. Presumably, he went upstairs, and hid the rifle. But did he use it? There is a gap, between the gun being found, and proving, Oswald pulled the trigger. Plus, his clothing, does not match, witness descriptions, of the man, in the window, with a rifle.
