Four Legged Ghost

Lost this back when this site reset, found it in one of my notebooks again.

A crack
a roar
lightning
ripping night
chasing shadows
revealing roofs
rain lashed
mud spattered.

White ghost
hoofed
four legged
charging past
head throwing
snorting, stomping.

Then
all is hidden
night
reclaims itself

Traumatic. Glad you found your old stuff. Lots of people lost much when that happened. I wrote a piece about it. You should check it out sometime. Called "Epoch of Mass Deletion". Anyway, this is a dark piece. Love the horse-like imagery.
