Liquid Thoughts

Liquid Thoughts

A Poem by Paper Doll

Liquid Thoughts

A shape forms

from liquid thoughts

bloody tears spill

from mind's eye

golden eyes

above cough wracked

black wings

inked flesh

spider crawling

across pale chest

writhing in

twisted collapse

consumed in

purple fire

melting into

blue ash

carried away

by the wind

blooming into

red flowers
