How it Burns

How it Burns

A Poem by Pandrogynite
"

A short poem that attempts to get across the feeling of intense emotional turmoil and stress.

"

The steam is in my ears.

Rising, billowing.

Temperature cracks my skull.

My skull.

My mind.

It's burning.

My vision.

It's blurring.

My brain.

It burns.

Oh heavens.

How it burns.

deserves a sweltering response...but I'm frightened that my head will burn too!
