I actually got this recipe from a friend, not from the Internet. My favorite way of eating the crepe is with Nutella, strawberries, blackberries, rasberries, blueberries, and bananas, but you can eat a crepe with basically anything.
Ingredients: 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk 1 cup flour 1 tsp salt Blend eggs and milk. Once combined, add the flour and salt. When batter is completely mixed, grease a frying pan with butter, or, to be a little healthier, non-stick cooking spray. Put about 3-4 TABLESPOONS of the batter in the pan. The crepes should be extremely thin, or they won't cook the way they're supposed to. Cook the crepes like pancake; both sides should be golden brown.
