It's like the little Author's note at the front of a cookbook.

  When you start your meal, the dessert is the thing you look forward to. The goal of the whole meal, the pot of gold, the final chapter in the meal. The dessert is the last thing you eat, so it's the last taste in your mouth, and it's important to have a good dessert. I have hunted through tons of recipes on the Internet, and cooked them myself. I've decided to record them, all in one place, so you don't have to search anymore. If you're reading this, and I don't have a recipe for something you want to know, just leave a request, and I will try to post something within a month.
