I Know Who Loves Me

You know how abusers keep women under their control
"I'm the only one who'll ever love you,
No on else cares about you but me,
You'll only be safe with me, everyone else hurts you"
So even though you never abused me you sound a lot like them
If that's the case then you have no business telling me that
You say they all treat me like junk
You say he's using me for a toy
You say this, you say that
But you have no idea of the pain I went through after the ''incident''
And who were the ones that were there for me after all that?
The same ones YOU claim don't love me
I have a long list of people who I can turn to for help
But I choose not to because I knew you did
I know who loves me more than you do
And I can name them all
I know for a fact that Ricky, Damien, Rory, David, Timmy, Dario and Frost love me
Otherwise I wouldn't call Ricky my brother
I wouldn't run to Damien every time I have a problem
I wouldn't call Rory to come stay with me when I'm in need
I wouldn't have given David almost 5 years of my heart
I haven't even MET Timmy and he's helped me in so many ways
Dario has loved me for almost 15 years from Kinder til now
And I know I can rely on Frost for anything
Yet these are the people who don't truly love me?
Think again...
I know who really loves me
I know you ''care''
But don't go off bad mouthing the people who've helped me after that same ''incident''
EVER.
