I'm Panicking Right Now

He said it just days after I said it
Took me by surprise
I know he means it, I really do
Was on such a high being with him
But now I'm just a mess without him here
I'm panicking right now
What if I get too clingy?
What if he leaves?
Or stops loving me?
I'm terrified right now
I don't know what to do
Asked him why he's not the best bf I could ask for
"I'm a liar n a cheater" he says
I'm hurting but I'm glad he told me
Because I admitted that I was the same
I'm trying to be good
I know I don't deserve him
But gods do I love him so much
And I'd never willingly hurt him
I know I don't deserve him
But he still takes me in
*Sigh* I'm shaking right now
I'm up when we're together
I'm devastated when we're apart
Especially now.

This is a really good poem. Your word choice is really nice and I can relate to the poem. Who doesn't feel a bit self-conscious around the ones we love? Great job! Keep it up!
