Primavera/SpringA Poem by WilliamFirst of the four parts that form a poem in which I am still working. This one explains the first feelings when meeting this imaginary woman I talk about along the entire poem.
En primavera no tan lejana yo despierte, (In not so distant spring I'll wake up)
En primavera despertaré a ver tus ojos verdes. (I'll wake up by spring to see your green eyes) Ojos verdes en los que buceando me pierdo. (Green eyes in which I lose myself diving) Ojos de gorgona que acaban con el invierno. (Gorgon's eyes that finish winter) Dichoso el que se pierda en tal selva. (Lucky the one who's able to lose himself in such jungle) Su corazón indefenso dejará en, de tu esencia, la fuente. (He'll leave his defenseless heart in the spring of your essence) Perdiento así cualquier control de su mente (Losing then any control over his own mind) A merced para que tu aura le envuelva (So that your aura can wrap around him) En tu encanto me bañaré (In your charm I'll bath) Encanto cálidamente sangrío. (Warm bloody charm) Bosques atrás dejaré. (Those woods I'll leave behind) Con lejano aún el frío. (With the cold still far)
