Leondea's verses

Leondea's verses

A Poem by Silvanus Silvertung
"

In homage of Leondea, goddess of initiations. Written when I was 19

"
Sweetly spoken the goddess sings, of self and aspect all about - beware her teaching method man, she takes you round a twisting route He cried for wolf, imperfect man, he lived out many troubles - die oh man be born again, 'tis time your True Self bubbles Imperfection, and rightly so, for she is ever learning - Perfect your imperfections man, and she’ll be ever spurning. She does not cause and yet she claims that all is for the better - take Leondea’s words my lad, rarely by the letter. Sounding sorrow sweet on end, the prayer ought to reach her - my mind has yet to comprehend the right way to beseech her
