'Tis Life

'Tis Life

A Poem by mysticgmekeepr

Everything has a flip side
  doesn't it?
Happiness is just one side
   of the spinning top
with pain hidden beneath
   its over sized middle.
We gleefully push the stem
  and let it spin;
look at the colors flow and go.
Sitting on a Buddha bed of musing,
  these circumstances of our choosing
Seeking balance,
   lost in the colors
and the spinning.
