Blue Ice Sculptress

Blue ice runs through her veins

she's the defiant sculptress,

like a September gale warning

caught off-guard sans defenses

capsizing midst agitated waves

she'll relentlessly whirl senses, 

weighting your ultimate depths

'til choking below dithered seas

neath upheavals shadowy madness

sucking you into her sordid

 abyss, 

as her siren song plays infinitely

Bravo! It is plain to see that you are intelligent and articulate with a well-groomed writing style (not a compliment just an observation). I like the idea of the siren rising up from the icy depths, blue veins standing out as she sculpts sailors minds. I haven't read much of your work yet but I hope you will consider doing other mythical creatures. I give it 5 out of 5 Clap! Clap! Clap! Clap! Clap!

lured by the siren song and drowned in the abyss of her shadowy madness...an intense image...this brought to mind the sinking of the Titanic...love the accompanying photo, too...
