Un-itedA Poem by RizziePage
In a world of consistent confliction,
our hearts create a constant friction. Everyone eagerly screaming their opposition. But refuse to see from someone else's position. This is a deposition of an American with a vision. In, We The People, we all used to trust. Now Miss Liberty has started exposing rust. They that dwell up in the steeple begin to collect dust. So serious topics stop being discussed. When do we say we've had enough? We are the home of the brave, the land of the free. Here we roam, up the mountains, out to the sea. Maybe one day we can become what we were meant to be. We are the melting pot of the world, this I guarantee. As a whole, we must find a point where we can all agree.
