YupA Poem by Brittany
This poem to show,
A sullen entry. A solemn vow,
To protect your country. Your family grieves, Especially me the most. I write to relieve all, My pain in this post. Cancer had come in, Made it part of our lives. To kill, Is what it strives. It finally took you, In the depths of sleep. Your heart had stopped, Now we weep. I will lay you, To your final rest. On Tuesday January 5th, I will not cry with my best. This is hard, Saying goodbye. Yup to the man, Who had died. Death with honor, A true Master Sergeant through and through. You are my Papa, I will always love you. Rest Easy, Soldier. © 2016 Brittany |
