The end!

The end!

A Poem by PP

I closed that door
Never thought I would shut it up
Like no man's business,
It is harder than taking the first breath,
It seems impossible
Feels like the last of it it I would ever take..
Like something choking the throat
Hindering breathes that I ever took
Love it was that I have ended
Soaked in tears of the sickness so blue
yet a feeling of relief
from spite for something so inanimate
Twisting and Wriggling of the head
The heart shall no longer take.
Of all the pain and feeling of helplessness
This is just beginning of the end that has just happened..

Sometimes we must shut doors full of phantoms of pain or ones that constrict our passage - your poem is penned from the depths of your heart - touch the knob of new door(s) in your journey ! Piercing poem - much savoured. Cheers, dear mate !

It will get better 1st thing you must see is you and only you, You cant drift in nights saying things it was my fault, You cry and many cry,but the tears don't give anything but emotion, Believe in your self always fore the other doesn't cry of give. Yes it takes time:)

sometimes we just stay in relationships we know are bad for us...we can't let go...and when we finally make the break...there is relief and we wonder why we put up with the unhappiness for so long.

nice piece.

We close doors for security reasons, to keep predators out, to lock our insecurities in and so forth. I like the analogy with the heart and all that related to shutting doors...Excellent...:)................
