DriftingA Poem by PPWhen I listen to that song perched on a solitary rock Lost in fixation with the setting sun and its glow I leave my heart wide open to let go of pain With a cry of happy tears I step up in advance To feel a little change of hope; I lay there and gaze I feel I should let more things happen Care less about missed moments Fear less about what is far behind and left back. Let go, let go of what I have in my mind.. Un-burden that shoulder of remorse Like a melting ray fades away my soul Yet it knows not where it is going.. To search for you in the vast infinity.. © 2014 PPReviews
