Desert Rose: Part 5A Poem by PPTime is the test of patience Patience is measure of endurance With every second of living thoughts from a different world crosses her mind She compares as she goes To the barrenness of what she is treading on Her thoughts are heavily mixed up With newness of the current And of what she has left behind.. The clash of restless thoughts Strike hard her relentless mind, Better to be with the devil that you know- She had forgotten all those worthless advise In her journey She has nothing to pick and choose from, The table ain't laid with truffles with numerous fillings.. She has to deal with anything the desert throws at her, Scary you might think-- But she has seen worse in her lifetime! The constant analysis of what has been, of what it is and of what the future could bring.. Thoughts of many kinds are pickling her mind.. She is not afraid to see what is out there.. After all - Is it worth living; Without a feather or two on your hat, or scars of some kind..?
