Dew Drops of Hope

Dew Drops of Hope

A Poem by PP

In the whirlpool of
Hope
and Imagination's
distant green eyes
We hallucinate
of all good things
and imbibe plenty good vibes
As it beings to mesmerize
We fantasize rich vibrant colours
And we smell some damn good flowers
We feel as if
The Sun is shining its morning glory
On petals of violets; and
Feathers of nightingales
We touch and feel...
The peace of dew drops'
that each hope brings
But what I hate to see
Is the sight of the droplet falling off its leaf..

A lovely piece Prathama as a metaphor for not losing hope but told in a natural tale.

Thank you so much John, glad you liked it :)
We touch and feel the peace of dew drops that each hope brings... This is such a lovely sentiment, nicely wrapped in nature's images. When that droplet falls... is there no more hope? Great poem, Prathama!

*In this line: "As it beings to mesmerize" - did you mean "begins"?
