Agony's Womb

Agony's Womb

A Poem by PP
"

This world is a place of sighs and massive huhs!

"
This world is a place for big sighs and massive huhs
I live in agony's womb
Left alone to weep like an unborn infant
I cry without noise and my mouth shut
There is very little space to stretch or relax
This place is a claustrophobic, painful and dark
I can't get out of agony's womb
Unless she gives me birth
It is the long labours she is scared off
But I want the pain to wear off
For once and for all
Atleast then I know it's over and gone
This long gestation in agony's womb
Is beyond the resistance of my pain
It's better that she lets me out soon
Before I rip open her guts and tear off her veins!

I think you illustrated your point well... often times we wish to escape the place that does us the most harm... I definitely like the ending lines.
