A bath-tub of guilty pleasures..

A bath-tub of guilty pleasures..

A Poem by PP
"

"
White foam
Petals of rose..
Fragrant air
of Raspberry and lavender..
Flickering candle light
Dancing to the music of life..
Delicate sponge
rubbing body parts
An outdoor arrangement
Overlooking the bulges of the Pacific
On an island untouched
Plunge into the depth of
Endless pleasure
Forgotten time
Pain washed away
Anxiety scrubbed off
Glory and Shine
of the moment so divine
Pure indulgence of
A Champagne fair
Amidst the mystic woods
Under tall Mahogany's canopy
Carved out of sea shells
A bath-tub of exotic guilty pleasures..

This is sumptuous hedonism in fifty litres of scented water, darling girl. To be able to escape in the mind is one of the abilities of our species that, though not unique to us, makes us nicer to know. Well done, dear girl. P.

What a sensuous trip you took me on, Prathama, and thank you kindly for it. I especially loved . . . "On an island untouched / Plunge into the depth of / Endless pleasure" . . . But the rest of the poem did absolute justice to reading between the lines as you instruct your readers to do as we read your words. I enjoyed this.
