State of LimboA Poem by PP
A motionless train
Very long in length Stretched beyond the platforms Packed with wanderers Going absolutely anywhere Nomadic species Each one's life is a Gigantic Tale Each one's story more impressive than the other Some have been through never ending tunnels Kissed clouds from top of mountains Jumped from a plane thousand feet high Some have even visited witches Some have witnessed blood sucking vampires Some have fought fire blowing dragons Some have even made love to weird animals They are all so proud of what they have seen or done That they can't stop professing it to each other Shouting out loud they are singing praises Each one is louder than the other They are all sat around me in this immovable long train I am suffering from the noise that is being made I am numb as a stone I am not speaking a word Rock hard reality has hit me hard I am having my moment of being nobody and doing nothing Not for long, I am no where; just for a little while I will wait till those wanderers have finished blowing their trumpets I will wait for that sudden jerk when my train kick starts I will wait till I step out of my limbo. © 2014 PPReviews
