The World Is Crashing Down- Part 19

A Story by EmilyNixon.

Calli’s P.O.V

I had to stop at the store before I was all the way home. I was tired of seeing this blonde hair. I had to do something with it. “Why are we here?” Taylor asked as she got out the car and followed me in. “I need hair dye.” I said looking down the isles. She went to the make-up isle and I went and grabbed the dye. I went up to the cashier and paid for it.

After I bought the dye, I got back into the car and continued to drive home. Then, I noticed something was different. Oh crap! I left Taylor at the store! I hurried and turned the car around and picked her back up.

“Oh thanks Calli! I finally get to see you, and you do what? Leave me! You leave me at some other country! How nice this visit is going to be!” I heard Taylor say as she got back into the car. “I’m sorry. You should pay more attention to where I am going!” “Oh, look who’s talking!” I just laughed at her and drove home. Thank god it wasn’t that far away.

We arrived behind Calli and Taylor. We pulled up in the driveway and got out the car. I hated being cramped up in a small area for so long.

We went into the back yard and all sat around and talked. I went ahead and told Bill and the guys my battle with cancer and how I did have it. It is gone now. Well, at least I am pretty sure it is. Surprisingly, they took it pretty well. They didn’t think I was lying.

We were all sitting around. I was in the middle of Georg and Gustav. I could tell they both had a thing for me. I noticed Calli was extremely quiet. I knew what it was about. I could literally feel the tension between them. Then Calli broke out. “I’m sorry!” she said looking at Emily. “What?” “I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have lied to you about what happened.” Calli stated as she looked at Emily. I saw a tear come from both of their eyes. “You know I’m always going to forgive you Calli.” Emily said smiling.

I hope she does forgive me when I tell her about the results. I wanted to tell her in private without anyone here. I would try to tell her tonight if I could. I couldn’t help but to give my sister a hug. I saw that everyone was smiling at us. I knew that would be the one thing I had with my sister. A string bond, hopefully.
