Something's here, In this wet road, In these wet grasses, soft and low.
I look over the vast field, A jigsaw puzzle by the farmers hands, Mud and wet, A canvas for the setting sun, Yellow, red, orange and gray: Mix; And let the air flow.
I set my eyes at the east: Night's crawling in, And the stars are knocking the heaven; In dark deep blue.
Here, let the mist unfold, And let the cold embrace, And when the Moon arrives, Let silence overtake.
When i shut my eyes- Let the owls sing, And let the dew fall over me: Replacing my eye-shed misery.
i admire the narrative technique being used in this poem as though u're delineating a story. The imagery portrayed here is vivid. the ending is uber. u have underscored the beauty of nature's in various contours. then, in the ending u mention how deeply you are connected to that picturesque, tranquil scenery or atmosphere u expect to find with your eyes closed.
