Fly little bird

"It'd be just fine if we all could fly, it'd be okay if we all could fly away for a while."

 

Fly little bird,

To a land far away,

So no harm can find you, in this world of decay.

Stretching your wings, so white and wide,

Flying over oceans of might and tides.

Fly little birdie,

To a land far away,

Soaring over mountains and fields of gray,

Reaching a place like shields of May

And whispering the pleasures of the dismay.

Fly little bird,

To a land so great,

Joy and wonders are like fate  

This land and sea are so passive

Its bliss and glee are big and massive.

So fly little bird,

With all your might,

Go off to the seas and go take flight

Find peace and pleasures beyond compare,

And run away from the despair
