This is very personal to me, i wrote this out of anger of a past friend. I do apologise if it upsets anyone

Do you remember who you used to be?

Do you remember the blood and tears?

The quiet torment of those years

Do you remember the blade?

How it ruined what nature had made

Do you remember the game?

The game that I could never play

Do you remember how I held you close?

The emotional overdose

Do you remember how I was always there?

Even when I didn’t want to care

When the days were just too long

And morning light felt so wrong

I still kept you on my mind

To look for an answer I would never find

What I’m saying is, I tried so hard

And now I don’t even know who you are
