The Long Walk . . .

The Long Walk . . .

A Poem by Priest Rada

I blame the interstate

Too many miles

On broken wheels with no brakes

Still I drive

It is either that

Or a shotgun

They are

All that I have in this world

Besides a half full bottle of whiskey

Even in times like this

At the end of the road

I'm an 'optimist'

heh

I like the cynical nature of this. But don't understand why it's called The Long Walk if you're driving in it. ;)
