This Isolation Frees Me

This Isolation Frees Me

A Poem by Priest Rada
"

"

Look at me want you
That makes me mad

Look at me need you
That makes me scared (gives me weakness)

Look at me hate you
That makes me alone

Look at me hurt you
That makes me guilty (again)

This isolation frees me
You constrict me when you're near
My fangs and claws I hide so well
Why do you make me bare them
Is it the pain that you seek -
The pain I keep for myself?
In my isolation I am (not) crowded with thoughts of you
I feel whole and complete when I'm all in pieces
Why don't you understand -
Is it because I'm above you in this?
You seem so eager to sacrifice yourself to my pain
When I'm the one who wishes not to live (anymore)
I hope I'm wrong about you, or this might hurt us both
