Bonds, Painful and EpiphanousA Chapter by Joshua RamirezBonds bring both pain and wisdom, which one will you cultivate? Written December, 2023, part of "Winter Revival Series"To grow a new bond, one needs an amiable touch. To water such bond, one needs to carefully drip, their considerate thoughts. To sustain an infinite bond, yes infinite, both cultivate, both compromise with wines wrapped tightly.
I grew a new bond, thrilled, I slowly treaded, I watered such bond, kneeling, I nourished warmly. I sustained an infinite bond - he woke up. The bond, it’s - it’s severed, potential leaking… out. I tried for the future, was it all… just artificial? Am I a fool to even try?
Bonds are painful.
To wither a new bond, what he said before, rubbish, it’s all noxious. To decolor such bond, share, share hypocrisy, spring to life doubts! To further decay a wilting bond (to end it all), (this one’s simple, 5 letters) Smile, smile with hatred hidden and disgust darkened.
Bonds are epiphanous.
No matter how deep the roots burrow, this bleeding does not come without wisdom, tears without emotion, a reservoir formed from the two, a reflection surfaces.
What did you learn? What did I learn? Yes, what did we learn? What did… we learn? © 2024 Joshua RamirezAuthor's Note
