Mothers Day

For mom

Dear Mom

What i am about to say
You are already aware of
And know this every day
But lets just act like its a surprise from above

So again, dear Mom

You carried me for 270 days
Thats comes out to 36 weeks
Which is 9 months

You raised a child for 6480 days
Thats about 864 weeks
Which is 216 months

You taught me how to ride a bike
To teaching me how to drive
You were there for my first home run
You were for every game awards and graduation
When i went to college you cried while you waved goodbye
Yet you called worried calling every night
Though it took me some time to understand
That in order for me to develop into a man
You had to do your full time job
And that was being a mom

So on this and for every other day
Just want to say thank you
And happy mothers day
Love you mom.
