Healer of Thoughts

Healer of Thoughts

A Poem by Osiris

deep in the heart, of what appears to be real,
what you already know, it swears able to feel

you didn't do it, you were willing to bend,
but sadness ensued, till a bitter end

come to me broken, mend you I will,
come to me empty, your heart I shall fill

realize I am human, perfection far away,
heed what I do, and not what I say

bring unto me, your saddened estate,
your tales of love, even of hate

I can fix most anything, in the heat of a breeze,
my spirit yours to borrow, I aim to please

but be wary this act, my ways kindred to you,
don't draw too close, lest your heart be askewed

to fall out of love, is a dangerous thing,
for the one that heals you, your heart may sing

let it sing not unto me, my heart will close,
for this healer of thoughts, heals only in prose

Such subtle love you have here
Curing a lover
Of all pain

The greatest act of care

I love your words here
