Screaming at the Storm

Screaming at the Storm

A Poem by Orpheus

Running across the rooftops
Mud mixing with blood
Splattered over my cloths
Rain falling
Teardrops of the sky
Landing on my head
Making my cloths stick to my lean frame
My blackened eyes,
Full of hatred
Anger
Sadness
Grief
Above my head
The storms howls
Mocking my rage
Ridiculing my agony
Making my grief
Seem like a pitiful thing
I skid across to a stop
Across the rain soaked shingles
Throwing my head back
And scream at the storm
Raging against the rage
Loosing my fury on this world
I'm tired of being alone.

Very emotional poem of an all too real subject.
Throwing my head back
And scream at the storm
Raging against the rage
Loosing my fury on this world
I'm tired of being alone.
These are some really great lines. Kudos.
