Silence

Silence

A Poem by Tay
"

This is a poem about dealing with depression.

"
Silence:

People ask me how i can sit in the silence
Day by day and hour by hour
World so dark
Your vision is no longer
What they dont know
Is how loud it really is
How day by day and hour by hour
Im only searching for silence in remedies
Another pill another day
But not one pill takes these voices away
Who knew your worst enemy could be within
Little demons controlling every word you think
The air is so thick
And the atmosphere is poisoned
Each breath breathed in
Feels like sin after sin
As in why am i here
To perish souls and drown in my misery
Some sick joke from the man up above mocking my way of living
But your only living if your living
I may be alive but im slowly diminishing
When dim is too bright
And silence is too loud
Trying to speak up but
Voices tumble to the ground
When the only time you interpret is your time left on this earth
Chances are youll become one with the dirt
