The moon

The moon

A Poem by Tay

This is quite old, it is an old poem I wrote about an ex-boyfriend after a recent break up.

"
"The moon"
It's been 365 days and 8000 hours. We've been miles apart, time got so sour. Should've known nothing lasts forever, just like a flower. True love falls apart, and never gets put back together. Some call it fate, others call it hell. Some remain confused because they could never tell. But if death doesn't do you part, together you somehow still connect. One thing lies above you that both could never forget. No matter how far, no matter how close. I don't care if you love me or if you don't. Something remains there, just like your love in my heart. Look up in the sky for we're never really apart. Even if your not next to me, I still see the moon. And it's the same damn moon that your seeing too. So when I look up, for a second I see you. Because no matter how far, you are the same moon as i do.
