FRIENDS....

FRIENDS....

A Poem by Ric Miner
"

With benefits

"
It's been a year since we decided to get naked together. In that time, I fear, my pride has left me bored: The conquest has run its course. And it's left me guessing, Do I know how to have sex anymore?

You see, the bonds made when we vibrate isn't anything consecrated within the constraints of our waves. Or at least that's how I see it. And when the heavy breathing subsides, after we've been taken by the tide, I feel this moment break free from what I thought I needed.

Where does that leave you? My cause was never to harm, even if the road to hell is paved with golden intentions, did I mention that mine were pure? Or were they?

And what does that make me?

A monster?

About
Mostly a poet and lyricist. I'd say I'm here because I'm looking for an outlet, and feedback, since my friends are sick of being a sounding board, and I'm pretty sure none of them are Engl majors lol... more..
