Thinking, gone awry

Thinking, gone awry

A Poem by Ric Miner
"

An ode to overthinking

"
Pensively, I thought
That when I think
I think about thinking
About those thoughts
And it happens
Between a blink
In the synapses song
So I might deduce
All that I cogitate
My brain concludes
Is merely to demonstrate
That when my hemispheres
start to talk,
I think,
and think,
and think,
about all those thoughts.

I love this. I can relate to it so well and I’m sure most people can. I love the flow.

About
Mostly a poet and lyricist. I'd say I'm here because I'm looking for an outlet, and feedback, since my friends are sick of being a sounding board, and I'm pretty sure none of them are Engl majors lol... more..
