Aperellate

A love for a particular landscape

Feeling connected to our planet is intrinsic to the human experience. It's not only that this place gives rise to emotional states; more that it becomes a part of how we encounter life here on a daily basis. Day by day we choose to live on the landscapes our earth has to offer. The open plains and its wind, a friend to run with, or the mountains, and its valleys, a picture to motivate the soul. The beach and its waves can become a muse, the forest and its trees, a wise old sage to listen to. So it's no surprise that our lives are so intertwined with these landscapes; that we get married on them, or write songs by them. Even spend our entire lives carved out in the sides of them. We are part of this place, living within its domain, off of its fruits, and when we open our eyes and quiet our mind, we fall in love with it.

About
Mostly a poet and lyricist. I'd say I'm here because I'm looking for an outlet, and feedback, since my friends are sick of being a sounding board, and I'm pretty sure none of them are Engl majors lol... more..
