Black Coffee

Black Coffee

A Poem by Endless Rain
"

"Do you folks like coffee? REAL coffee? From the hills of columbia"

"

I've got so much to say
The darkness won't go away
Choking me as I sleep
Cries in pain as I weep
My eyes are dark brown
I live in a big town
Some call me the town clown
I'm sweet but I tend to bite
I hide away from the light
I'm the dead thought inside
I'm the tear you just cried
I'm the last memory as you died
Some people like me and some hate
My guts but this is my fate
I have 666 on my license plate
Don't fear the number fear the man
Now I think you will understand
I'm my own and not some average brand
