All I Want Is You

All I Want Is You

A Poem by Harrison Sherif
"

I saw someone today who envoked the feelings to make me write this poem

"
From the first sight
To the first conversation
All I knew is that all I wanted
Was you

But he came into frame
And took your hand
Right out from under me
I had no clue what to do

And I knew I could no longer pursue you

I became friends with him
I spent time with him
All in hope of seeing you again
All I ever wanted was you

I endure his abuse
I endure his insults
All in hopes of seeing you again
And to feel the love I feel when I see you

I travelled near and far
From down the street to across state lines
Just to be near you
And to feel love agaIn

Your the only one who makes me feel this way
Your the only face I ever see
When the word love is
ever mentioned to me

All I want is you
All I want to be there for you
All I want is to hug you real tight
And to feel the love that only you can bring

I can't stop pursuing you.
