[John the Baptist]

The speaker in this one seems fed up with modern society and voices the desire to go back to a more simple lifestyle. He actually says he will return to his roots , "after China," the meaning of which I am not sure. He says he wants to find a "close" which apparently doesn't mean death, because he also wants to see if stories can begin again. Best of luck to him. With the current headlines the way they are, what has he got to lose?

Thank you for your review John, and as much so for the synopsis.

Unfortunately, I often find myself behind the keyboard when blindingly, incoherently drunk - and though I don't usually keep the byproduct (it's often terrible), I kept this one because it was both (somehow) grammatically correct and retained an overlapping rhyme scheme.

It's not my favorite thing to read, and I couldn't really tell you what some of the expressed sentiments mean, but I appreciate you taking the time to look it over.
