A Poem by Ookpik

Why is it so familiar?
Why is this feeling a force fed reminder
That I've somehow been, done or seen this before?

Can déjà vu be this perpetual?
If I have, was it really so ineffectual?

It seems the futile question -

Why am I here?
And if I have already

Why must I then, be here again?
