In A Perfect World

Something I wrote a while back...

In a perfect world.

There is no fighting no screams and no cries.

No mad husbands that abuse there wives

And no mad children that take there lives.

No cries here or there or at all.

Just laughs and smiles bouncing from wall to wall.

No more angry unnecessary war

No starving children constantly crying for more.

No more  impossible problems to solve

Just answers to the questions you once could not resolve.

No more questions that still remain unanswered.

A cure for you and me and maybe just cancer.

This place is a story. maybe just a fantasy,

But one day somehow the truth we all will see.  

The future is dark, scary, and filled with fear.

But take my hand because the end is not near.

There is time to change all the pain and fear.

One day maybe it will all disappear.

Go into a place far far away.

Check into the hotel that forever it will stay.
