My Reason Of Writing

This story is about why i started writing and how i started to do it

I'm not really gonna tell you all about my life until later on, but the reason for me to start writing is that i had a rough period of time in my life and i didn't really know how to let my feelings go. One of my friends asked me if i liked to write and at the time i really wasn't interested in writing at the time, so i said no.

She asked me what has happened and i told her my mother left a week ago (upcoming september 29th) and that i really don't know how to show my feelings in school or at home. That is when she gave me one of her poems. What i asked her was how to write a poem and Why she has been writing. What she said was, "the purpose of writing poetry is to show your true feelings from your heart and transfer it to a sheet of paper. The reason i started poetry is that i had a rough period of time in my life and i needed to find a way to show my true self feelings."

I cried from that sentence because one of my achievements and goals was to find a way to show my true feelings at school, home, anywhere i'm involved in. So thats how i started poetry. Ever since that day all i have been doing was writing and writing until i had no extent to stop. Not many people in the world write poetry. Mainly the people that are emotional and that don't show their true feelings start to write, or sing about their life, and perspective of a story of their life.

The main reason i started to write was to free myself and show a real me that not many people know of. I let myself go by writing on a simple sheet of paper that is made from nature. When i have different emotions i express myself by writing, or drawing. But drawing is a different story.

 

The extent and literature is taught by teachers so that way students will learn the full expression of writing. Writing is one of the most important things a student or an adult have learned in their life.

People have different reasons for writing. But one thing that remains in common are the feelings we exhibit when we write... According to me, this is well penned out... Good job...
